- For over a decade Lisa Carey played a pivotal role in setting up and successfully Managing Pharus care Limited from inception. Lisa has spent her entire career fighting for and promoting the core principles of ‘Personalisation’ and ‘Valuing People‘.
- Lisa’s unique ability to share her ‘hands on insight’ with individuals and organisations with what she has learned throughout her career is invaluable as it is born of experience at every level of care from support worker through to Care Director.
- Lisa is able to help anyone to realise that it is possible to empower people and give them better lives without compromising one iota on the delivery costs or level of care to residents and service users across the full spectrum of LD care.
